Registration rules


REGISTRATION IS ALREADY CLOSED

Registration is obligatory for all conference participants and it is open for all EAZA Membership categories: Full Members, Temporary Members, Candidates for Membership, Associate Members, Honorary Members and Corporate Members. All registrations should be completed via website: www.eaza2015.com/registration

Exchange rate for the conference purpose: 1,- EUR = 4,10 PLN

Form of payment:
  • bank transfer (Attention: Please enter the name and surname of the participant in the "title" field)
  • credit card (PayU fee 3,65% + 23 % VAT)

In order to avoid multiple bank transfer fees we would advise you to make one bank transfer for all the people from your institution that are willing to participate in the conference.




The registration fees include:
  • Access to all conference sessions
  • Delegate bag with conference materials
  • Participation in the official social programs (Icebreaker, Zoo visit, Farewell Dinner)
  • Conference lunches and coffee breaks

  • Access to all conference sessions on the chosen day

All registered participants have free access to Wrocław Zoo during the conference.


Non-Members

If you are not a member of European Assiociation of Zoos & Aquaria (EAZA), you can apply for registration by contacting Mirko Marseille at mirko.marseille@eaza.net


Confirmation

After the registration process is completed, and the registration fee is paid, the participant will receive a confirmation. If the confirmation is not received within 2 weeks from the payment, please do not hesitate to contact the Conference Office at eaza2015@convention.wroclaw.pl Payments made after 7 September, 2015, may not be confirmed in written form. In this case, please bring the confirmation of payment with you to the registration desk.


Cancellation Policy

All the cancellations and changes must be sent to eaza2015@convention.wroclaw.pl in a written form. All refunds will be processed after the EAZA2015 Conference. Please send your exact bank account details (including IBAN and SWIFT CODE) in the written cancellation notice via e-mail.


Registration fees refund conditions

  • 100% refund (minus 50 EUR administrative fee) in case of cancellation declared before 31st of July, 2015
  • No refund in case of cancellation declared after 1st of August, 2015
